Delivery Time
The delivery time for orders is between 1 and 10 working days from the date the contract is concluded.
Delivery Area
Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland.
Delivery Methods
The Seller offers various delivery options. Details of the available methods will be provided during the order process.
The Seller offers the following forms of delivery:
- 1 metoda
- 2 metoda
Delivery Timeline
The total delivery period includes two components:
- The date of dispatch.
- The estimated delivery time by the courier service (chosen by the Customer).
The estimated delivery time will be indicated when placing the order.
Delays in Delivery
If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent meeting the delivery deadline, the Seller will inform the Customer immediately. The notification will include the reason for the delay and the new expected delivery date.
Electronic Invoice (E-Invoice)
The Seller will issue an electronic invoice (e-invoice) for the order.
- The invoice is stored in the Customer’s account.
- It is also sent to the Customer’s email address provided during account registration or order placement.
At the Customer’s request, a printed invoice can be included with the delivery in paper form.
