Your data is processed primarily in Switzerland. Where we rely on providers outside Switzerland/EU, transfers occur only if:
- the destination offers an adequate level of protection recognised by Swiss or EU authorities, or
- we implement standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

10. Newsletter & marketing

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”) where legally possible;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Data portability—receive a copy in a commonly used format;
- Withdraw consent at any time (affects future processing);
- Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent supervisory authority.

12. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
